Business development in the Middle East

02.06.2014

The representatives of ENVINET company visited Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates on May 20 - 23, 2014.

The aim of the business trip was the meeting with our current customers (KACST, TAQNIA), which we implement ongoing projects (gateway monitors for the Saudi Arabia, radium measuring in drinking water treatment plants) with and the establishment of new business activities.

Within the visit of the United Arab Emirates our representatives also held talks about extending of the existing Memorandum of Understanding with the Korean power company KEPCO so that we can also more effectively cooperate in the Czech Republic, in particular with regard to the planned construction of new NPPs (alternatively 5th unit of Dukovany NPP, 3rd and 4th units of Temelín NPP). Mr. John Ireland, Nuvia business manager for Middle East, North Africa and Turkey participated together with our colleagues in the meeting in Abu Dhabi.

We evaluate the results of this business meeting very positive with regard to the other opportunities in the Middle East.
